Recycling or Shades of Green
You may choose one of the options or alternatively you can combine them - whatever you like. We really don't mind. For my card I used a base card that I had ruined previously - but we don't throw anything away do we?
I covered the card with a piece of green card that I had distressed the edges with a pair of scissors and then inked with Lettuce and Expresso Adirondack dye inks.
I then added a topper (surplus to last years requirements) which I had layered from Spellbinders Labels 5 and stamped a poinsettia coloured with Cranberry and Lettuce inks and added a bit of glitter.
Finished with a polka dot ribbon!
Thanks for looking
Sandra

Great card, love the shape of those labels. Carol x
Love those labels and a lovely pointsettia image! x
The way you have used that green polka dot ribbon works so well with the image & the layering of the focal panel. Love the poinsettia too.

Lovely card Sandra, I do like the christmassy feel of the colour scheme, and the spotted ribbon is a nice finishing touch. Jean x
Hi Sandra sorry to be only just visiting you. Been at work most of the week.
Also for some reason your comments always end up in the 'spam' box. I don't know why it only happens with yours -all very strange - I mean we do get them but don't always see them straight away. There were two comments from you in there today.
Anyway at least we're here now to see your gorgeous work.
I just love that poinsetta.

Hi Sandra ... took me a while to get here thanks to blogger antics but better late than never.
Like the aged look you have given to the tradition red and green combination. Thank you for sharing with us at Bah! Humbug!
