Alpha Tags J and K

It's time to show the next tags in the Chocolate Baroque Alpha Tag series!

I am really enjoying doing the tags and am amazed at the variety of artwork produced each month.

J is for Jubilee! Well I had to didn't I?

Tag is randomly stamped with floral stamp from Texture Fragments set and embossed in white. Masked off areas to make a Union Jack (well sort of!) Used DI Barn Door and China Blue.
Ribbons from stash and Charm from Ribbon Girl.

K is for a Kaleidoscope (of Butterflies)

I used Alcohol Inks Sail Boat Blue, Red Pepper, Sunshine Yellow and Lettuce to make the background.

I then stamped a solid Butterfly from the Butterfly Blush set and embossed in various colours from Stampendous.

I then printed off the matching Butterflies from the Artylicious Butterfly Bliss CD ROM, cut them out and layered them.

Need to do 3 next month, so best get started!

Metallic

The challenge at Less is More this week is Colour

"...We'd like to see CLEAN & SIMPLE cards with something that has a METALLIC finish to it... ink, embossing, card, charms, actual metal... come on people let's get creative!..."

...and at Rainbow Lady  they want to see Embossing

For my card I have used two stamps from Artylicious Special Day Flourish set.  I first stamped and embossed the heart with Versamark and silver EP, then I masked it and stamped and embossed the flourish.  Mounted onto silver and black card.  stamped the "Love" sentiment and brushed with Perfect Pearls.

Thanks for looking,
Sandra

Sorry it's a bit wonky! Trying to get a picture without too much glare!
