Less is More Week 18

This weeks challenge at Less is More is MONOCHROME.

Definition:

1. in shades of one color: using or displaying only shades of one color or black and white.
You may choose any colour you wish, but please keep all the shades you use within your chosen spectrum.

For my card I chose Pink - very unlike me!

I masked off an area and sponged DI Spun Sugar, I then stamped Lavinia's Dandelion  stamp with Adirondack Cranberry, added some dark pink glitter and stamped a sentiment from Crafty Individuals.

Check out the Challenge site for some fab entries!

Thanks to Chrissie and Mandi for stretching my crafting outlook!

I have been taking part since week 2 (missed the first week!), and enjoyed everyone of the challenges.  If I'm not around for the next few weeks it's because we are decorating - three bedrooms in one go - how optimistic is that!  But the end result will be my own crafting space, so will be worth it.

Hope to see you soon and thank you for the lovely comments that have been left over the last weeks :)

Bah Humbug Challenge 21

"Sleigh Bells Ring...

... are you list'nin'?
In the layyyyyn,  snow is ..."
"Jingle Bells ... Jingle Bells ... Jingle All The Way!
Oh What Fun It Is To ..."
"Ding Dong Merrily On High!
In Heav'n The Bells Are Ringing!"

Yes, this week the challenge at Bah Humbug is Bells.

For my card I used Papermania Stamp Duo - Reindeer and Tree and a text stamp from Anita's (I think).
Stamped and distressed edges with Adirondack Denim.
Added  blue glitter, silver mirri card and a little Jingle Bell!

(Stamps were bought from QVC a year or two ago and the card is totally inspired by one that Leonie made!)

Thanks for looking
Sandra
