Faux Leather

The Technique for the March swap at Chocolate Baroque is Faux Leather. This can be done with  masking tape, or as I have done, using Glycerine.

There are a few tutorials online on how to do this technique, but the video by Sheena is very good.

I used Kraft card, Glycerine and water mix, Distress Inks, an embossing folder and Glue and Seal for the "Leather".
Flowers are made from Ten Second Studio Metal sheets die cut with Tim Holtz Tattered Florals and Leaves and coloured with alcohol inks.The sentiment is from Chocolate Baroque Artistic Expressions set.

ATC Swap - January  was "Winter" using Crafty Individuals Christmas Paper pad and February was "Love" using Weekend in Venice stamp set.

and Techniques Tags - January was "Resist" and February "Crackle" and "Vaseline Resist"

Phew, think I've caught up now!
