Less is More Week 12
This week the "Limettes" are asked to produce a card that is "Off Centre".
For my card I have stamped a "Dandelion" from Lavinia stamps with Stazon and then added a touch of holographic glitter using a glue pen.
Stamped a greeting from Pink Petticoat - free with Simply Cards and Papercraft this month.
Close up of the glitter!
Check out Less is More to see the other fab cards!

Bah Humbug Week 16 - Father Christmas
It's been a struggle to think about making Christmas cards with the scorching temperatures we are having this Easter!
I bought a Hot Off The Press card kit from QVC a couple of years ago and knew there were a few pages left. I wanted to use this one for the "Cards that make you giggle" week, but could I find it? Well, better late than never!
Check out Bah Humbug for the latest challenge!

Wild Meadow
Some of the cards I have made with new stamps from Chocolate Baroque.
First one brayered with Adirondack Rust, Butterscotch and Lettuce. Stamped with black Stazon.
Second card brayered with Tim Holtz DI Spun Sugar and Adirondack Cranberry and Lettuce. Stamped with Stazon as before.
Thanks for looking,
Sandra

Less is More Week 11 - Acetate and updated!
See end of post for update!
Hi All
Over at Less is More this week we are challenged to use Acetate. Not something I've used a lot of!
For my card I stamped Hobby Art Trees with Stazon on the front of the acetate and then splodged (technical term!) alcohol inks - red pepper and lettuce on the reverse. I stuck the acetate to the card with stiki glue pen gluing behind the trees - thanks for the tip Mandi, I think finding a way to adhere acetate is what has put me off in the past.
Thanks for looking
Sandra
Update
Followed Chrissie's advice and put a frame around the image.Much easier to hide glue and it sets off the picture!

Less is More Week 10 - One Layer
Over at Less is More this week the challenge is One Layer with a sentiment being the main focus.
For my card I have used a computer generated sentiment and a Tim Holtz mini stamp inked with Adirondack Slate.
Sorry everything is so "white"! A bit rushed today!

Less is More Week 9 - A Touch of Red
This weeks challenge at Less is More is a card with a touch of red. Chrissie and Mandi have done some lovely examples on their blog. Now, I'm not really a "red" person (probably cos I've got red hair!), but here's my effort. Stamp is from Clare Curd Doodles stamps, embossed in gold, painted with cosmic shimmers and finished with a colored gem on each flower. I did have a lovely little rub on sentiment but it decided to rip the card rather than release from the sheet so had to stick one on instead!

Bah Humbug Week 13 - Cards to make you giggle!
Over at Bah Humbug this week they have asked us to make a card that makes you giggle. Well, sadly I couldn't find anything nearly as cheeky as Anne's card, but did find these cute reindeer from See-D'S.
