Chocolate Baroque Challenge

Hello neglected blog....

I am joining in with the last Chocolate Baroque Challenge.
So sorry to see it ending. I had hoped I would be able to participate more since finishing work, but I just don't know where the time goes!

I used the Harebell Butterfly stamp set and promarkers.

Dreaming of the Beach

The latest challenge over on Chocolate Baroque Challenge Blog

 .......................................................Current Challenge
For my card I have used the lovely Beach Huts stamp from Seaside Dreams.

I wish I was at one of those beach huts, preferably on a tropical island! The weather is very grey and dreary here today, not good for taking photos.
Card was coloured with Promarkers.
Thanks for looking

CARTE POSTALE

Sharing an art journal page with you.
I started by applying gesso to both pages, closing the pages and pulling apart whilst still wet gives a lovely texture. I then built up the background colours with Gelatos. Using DecoArt Texture Sand Paste I stenciled with Andy Skinner "French Elements",  Crafters Workshop "Mini Screen Print" and Indigoblu "Wild Butterflies". I then brushed over the paste with Indigoblu Bronze Luscious Powder which gave a lovely rusty finish. Some text stamping in the background. Finally I used Distress Crayons around the edges and a little bit of gilding flake for the "hello"

Chocolate Baroque Colour Challenge

Hello
I recently purchased a stash box from Chocolate Baroque and inside were these two wooden blocks, so I thought I would use them for this challenge.

Current Challenge

I used Archival Fern Green to stamp the images and coloured using Distress Inks Shabby Shutters, Mustard Seed and Antique Linen. The stamp set is Flora and Fauna.
Thanks for looking,
Sandra

Finnabair Inspired Canvas

I recently attended a workshop with my craft club friends at Craft of Hearts, Tonypandy and this is what we made!
Going again soon to do an Art Journal cover and then we are having a go with Powertex.
